Cop With Anarchy Tattoo

anarchy cop, new york on Flickr – Photo Sharing!.

How many FAILs can you count in this picture?

From the photographer:

this shot was taken at the protest against the republican national convention in new york a few years ago. the atmosphere was great – even the police were talking nicely to people! (mostly). i saw a glimpse of this anarchy tattoo under this cops shirt and i asked if i could take a quick photo. he agreed on the condition that i didn’t show his face or badge. i guess he had an interesting path to becoming a police officer.

lol@people thinking anarchy would be a good governmental system (lack of system) if widely instated.
Have you ever even picked up a newspaper? Anarchy does exist, in undeveloped countries with widespread poverty, low life expectancy, and overall complete lack of luxury. You think life would be great if an anarchist anti-regime were to exist in developed countries like America, the U.K., wherever? No. Where there is such mainstream commerce, there will not be increased privacy and freedom, there will be increased looting, rioting, murdering. What ideas you spread are not the future; they are the past, and they are terrible. Anarchy stands for regression. Organization is the only way to fuel mature independent freedoms. Unless you’d rather be stabbed in the parking lot of your nearest Wal-Mart.
Learn more about government before being “nonconformist intellectuals”.
Socialism could kick your ideal’s ass.

jslab you are obviously uneducated on the subject of anarchism. im not sure exactly what undeveloped nations you speak of but i would assume they arent anarchistic. looting, rioting, murder, and most all crime is a symptom of capitalism and poverty. anarchism isnt about no rules do whatever you want chaos, thats a common misnomer perpetuated by our disinfo riddled media. anarchism is opposed to centralized authority from the top down, but what it isnt opposed to is organization. societies have organized since the beginning of time without governmental hierarchy. they’ve organized based on cooperation, mutual aid, and free association, and they’ve kept order by custom, tradition, and taboo. the idea of a centralized government is a fairly new idea. maybe you should read a book on anarchism and educate yourself before you spew whatever opinion was dumped in your trough by the corporate media.
