Funny ha ha, yes, but what is the context? Most blind people won’t be able to share the joke, because this is an unexplained graphic. FAIL!
Yeah, it’s probably a warning to motorists that there could be people crossing who won’t see them coming–but who wants to spoil a perfectly good joke?
It’s like pointing out that drive-up ATMs only have Braille buttons because they use standard parts that are the same as non-drive-up ATMs!
