Funny or not, ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL. Its not the cops job to make things easier, but to keep things safe. If the law says those cars are parked unsafely (I wouldn’t doubt it, as news companies nowadays only worry about profits and not safety) then the cop has no choice but to issue a citation.
When will people learn that illegal is illegal?
Probably about the time they stop driving over 55 and downloading unlicensed mp3s.
