61 year-old Minnie Carey asked officer Brandy Dolson, “Why?” when she was asked to leave an otherwise empty sidewalk on which she was making funeral arrangements for a friend. The officer arrested her for it.

After the victim was taken to the hospital, the police were nice enough to pay him a visit and issue him a citation for jaywalking. FAIL!
