Sidewalk Ramp to Grate FAIL

It seems the grate seems to defeat the purpose of the wheelchair dip.

Chicago Police parked in handicap spot.

I took this photo while I was in Chicago last month. It seems that the car is, indeed, handicapped, but the officer did not appear to be. I once got a $300 ticket in Chicago for parking on the curb down the block from a permit parking sign that was hidden by a tree, and I couldn’t fight it because I had to leave town. This officer probably got a BIG ticket for this, right?

Right!?
